Daniel is currently serving as the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Online Dispute Resolution, and he is working with Ethan Katsh and Mohamed Abdel-Wahab on the second edition of ODR Theory and Practice. He has an ongoing relationship as an adjunct professor with Dominican University (in Chicago) and The McGeorge Law School of the University of the Pacific (in Sacramento). He is also currently working with the International Mediation Institute to establish a review panel for ODR training certification – he sereved with Ana Goncalves as the co-chair of the IMI committee that established IMI’s standards for ODR practice and ODR training. He is an active Board Member of the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution (ICODR), and the InternetBar.Org. He continues to serve as a Fellow of the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution (NCTDR), and he also continues to serve as a member of the Virginia Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Commission, Self-Represented Litigants Committee.
